Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kuja, Genome Sorcerer is a setup piece: it manufactures Wizard tokens every end step and then transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, the real engine. The deck is a Rakdos spell-slinger burn deck that wants Wizards on the battlefield, then casts multiple noncreature spells per turn so every Wizard token and pinger drains all opponents. Trance Kuja doubles all Wizard damage, turning one spell into a large chunk of life loss. Secondary paths include direct burn, Exsanguinate, and Kefka/Goliath Daydreamer value loops. No hidden commander exists; the deck is configured specifically for the back face of Kuja, not any single 99-card linchpin.
