Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet Spellslinger Storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi functions as both a lethal win condition and a ritual engine: every noncreature spell cast puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} activated ability taps into that accumulated power to produce large amounts of colored mana. By attaching Curiosity or Ophidian Eye to Vivi, each cast noncreature spell deals damage to all three opponents and draws three fresh cards. This engine allows the deck to storm through its library using 1-mana cantrips, pump spells like Brute Force and Titan's Strength, and rituals like Jeska's Will. The deck also features an infinite mana combo using Quicksilver Elemental to repeatedly copy Vivi's mana ability, finishing the table through continuous burn from Vivi triggers, Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, or Grapeshot.
