Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Naya Dinosaur Midrange strategy commanded by Pantlaza, Sun-Favored. The deck utilizes dense 1-2 CMC ramp to deploy Pantlaza ahead of curve on Turn 4, immediately triggering Discover 4 for tempo and card advantage. It compounds this advantage by casting large, impactful Dinosaurs such as Quartzwood Crasher, Trumpeting Carnosaur, and Gishath, Sun's Avatar, which trigger progressively larger Discover values. Instant-speed blink spells like Ephemerate and Eerie Interlude double as both board-wipe protection and repeatable Discover triggers on opponents' turns. The deck's primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage facilitated by trample, haste enablers like Palani's Hatcher and Regisaur Alpha, and decisive finishers like Akroma's Will and Return of the Wildspeaker. With resilient engine recovery and broad permanent removal, it consistently threatens table elimination by Turns 7-8.
