Deck overview

This Simic counters deck uses Vorel of the Hull Clade to double +1/+1 and charge counters and grow a board of Evolve, Hydra, and Mutant creatures into lethal threats. Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Kami of Whispered Hopes act as hidden doublers that make every counter placement explosive, while Herald of Secret Streams makes counter-loaded creatures unblockable. Secondary paths create infinite mana with Freed from the Real on Incubation Druid plus Kami, or infinite tokens with Master Biomancer, Tyranid Prime, and Watchful Radstag, and extra turns via Magistrate's Scepter with Vorel or Lighthouse Chronologist. Vorel is an accelerator, not the sole engine, and the deck wins through combat or large Hydroid Krasis outlets.
