Spell Slinger by TheGline

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a storm-adjacent spellslinger commander who grows power, pings all opponents, and generates burst mana with each noncreature spell cast. The deck aims to deploy Vivi early, attach a Curiosity or Ophidian Eye effect, and chain cheap cantrips to simultaneously draw cards, burn the table, and generate huge pools of mana. Mid-game turns leverage trigger multipliers like Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy alongside cost reducers and mana engines to fuel massive spell sequences. The primary win condition finishes opponents through accumulated ping triggers, storm copies via Thousand-Year Storm, or a lethal X-cost Crackle with Power.
