Deck overview

This deck is a focused Temur Voltron and card-advantage midrange strategy led by Pako, Arcane Retriever and Haldan, Avid Arcanist. The primary game plan revolves around accelerating Pako into play by Turn 3 or 4. Thanks to innate haste, Pako immediately attacks to exile the top card of every player's library, growing larger with each noncreature spell exiled while generating a vast card pool. Haldan then converts these exiled cards into playable lands and noncreature spells. The deck protects Pako with a dense package of low-cost hexproof, indestructible, and counter spells, while clearing blockers using asymmetric, power-scaling board wipes like Nova Flame. Lethal damage is swiftly achieved through power-doublers and double strike effects such as Temur Battle Rage and Choose Your Weapon, systematically eliminating opponents across consecutive combat phases.
