This is an Orzhov aristocrats-reanimator list helmed by Bartolome del Presidio, a two-mana sacrifice outlet that converts every extra creature and artifact into +1/+1 counters. The 99 mills itself, then loops those bodies through return-from-death Auras and a deep reanimation suite while drain permanents tax the table. Agent of the Iron Throne is the Background printed to sit on this commander, giving Bartolome a built-in "something died, each opponent loses 1" trigger so every sacrifice chips all three players. Wins come from incremental aristocrat drains amplified by repeatable recursion, backed by combat from a grown Bartolome, Sun Titan, and reanimated haymakers such as Angel of Indemnity and Boonweaver Giant. Bartolome is the only dedicated sacrifice outlet and is required for every compact loop, but he is cheap to recast and the reanimation core still functions if he is answered. There is no hidden commander; this is a fair midrange grind that wins by attrition rather than a single explosive turn.
