Raffine by Shurima

Format: Commander

Commander: Raffine, Scheming Seer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Esper midrange value deck helmed by Raffine, Scheming Seer that weaponizes combat-triggered connive. The plan is to deploy a critical mass of attackers, cast Raffine, and attack to draw and discard at scale, fueling discard payoffs (Bone Miser, Hashaton, Scarab's Fist, Monument to Endurance, Archfiend of Ifnir), +1/+1 growth, and a dense reanimation package. Primary wins come from combat-wide boards under Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Knowledge Is Power, plus reanimated finishers like Archon of Cruelty, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Toxrill, the Corrosive, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. Secondary pressure includes life-drain from Queza, Augur of Agonies and Monument to Endurance. There are no infinite combo lines; the deck grinds card advantage, rebuilds through the graveyard, and closes with overwhelming board presence and edict/drain effects.
