Deck overview

This Izzet tempo-combo deck uses Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar to generate rapid mana acceleration and card advantage, pivoting into decisive infinite damage loops. In the opening turns, the deck deploys Kediss and Malcolm. When Malcolm deals combat damage to an opponent, Kediss triggers, causing Malcolm to deal damage to each other opponent and generating three Treasure tokens immediately. This mana burst fuels cheap interaction and card draw, accelerating your primary win condition: Glint-Horn Buccaneer. Attacking with Glint-Horn and activating its discard ability triggers a self-sustaining loop that deals lethal damage to the entire table in a single turn. Redundant backup lines include turning artifact pingers like Reckless Fireweaver into Pirates with Trickery Charm or assembling Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity. Protected by free countermagic like Force of Will and Force of Negation, the deck executes its game plan with high speed, consistency, and resilience.
