Deck overview

This Grixis artifact deck is led by Dr. Eggman, an engine commander who draws extra cards while forcing opponents into a punishing villainous choice on every end step: discard a card or allow you to put a Construct, Robot, or Vehicle directly onto the battlefield. The deck is engineered to exploit both outcomes. If opponents discard, cards like Waste Not, Tinybones, Bauble Burglar, and Liliana's Caress generate massive resource disparity and life loss. If opponents refuse to discard, Dr. Eggman cheats colossal threats into play ahead of curve, including Krang, Utrom Warlord, Myr Battlesphere, Combustible Gearhulk, and Su-Chi Cave Guard. Supported by dense 2-CMC ramp, countermagic, and asymmetric board wipes like Their Name Is Death, the deck systematically drains opponents of resources before overwhelming the table with an evasive, indestructible artifact army.
