Vivi 1v1 by M1TARASH1

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a low-to-the-ground Izzet spellslinger/combo deck built around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as a portable mana battery that grows with every noncreature spell and pings the entire table, letting the deck chain cantrips, rituals, and copy effects into a single explosive turn. The primary wins are compact: Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame creates infinite hasty tokens, Niv-Mizzet, Parun with a draw-on-damage aura forms a draw/ping loop, and a storm package with Grapeshot / Brain Freeze - powered by Underworld Breach, Thousand-Year Storm, Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, and Storm-Kiln Artist - can burn or mill all three opponents. The list is streamlined around a sub-2.1 average mana value, 30 lands, and a dense suite of cheap dig and rituals. It is a glass-cannon combo deck: fast, redundant once it reaches the combo turn, but reliant on winning before the table can stabilize.
