Deck overview

Voja, Jaws of the Conclave is the face and primary plan. The deck snowballs cheap Elves into a massive attack trigger: each swing puts X +1/+1 counters on every creature, where X is the Elf count, while Wolves and changelings turn those swings into card draw. The usual finish is an enormous combat step, often accelerated by Shalai and Hallar plus All Will Be One. Selvala, Heart of the Wilds is the hidden engine, generating huge mana and enabling the Staff of Domination or Aggravated Assault infinite lines. Maskwood Nexus and changelings make every creature count as both Elf and Wolf. No double-faced commander; Voja is the only face.
