Ashling 2026 by InventorTom

Format: Commander

Commander: Ashling, the Limitless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ashling, the Limitless leads a five-color Elemental tribal value deck. Her evoke-granting ability lets hand Elementals enter cheaply, get sacrificed, and reappear as hasty token copies, fueling draw, recursion, and combat. The primary plan builds a board through Risen Reef, Mulldrifter, and Smokebraider into Omnath Locus of Rage and Avenger of Zendikar, then finishes with Mass of Mysteries, Horde of Notions recursion, or an Animar/Ashling/Greenwarden loop. The deck is a resilient midrange engine rather than a fast combo deck, with a hidden commander in Horde of Notions and several overlapping payoff paths.
