Smaug, Wicked Wurm by Wyldhawk

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Smaug, Wicked Worm leads an aggressive Rakdos treasure build that converts artifact token production into card draw and lethal burn. The primary plan is to amass Treasures through ETB and combat triggers (Descent into Avernus, Goldspan Dragon, Professional Face-Breaker), pour that mana into draw spells while Smaug refunds cards, and close via artifact-enters burn (Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist) or threshold wins (Revel in Riches, Hellkite Tyrant, Knuckles the Echidna). Secondary paths use Magda to tutor a dragon/finisher and evasive dragon attacks. Smaug the Magnificent functions as a hidden commander, turning Treasure count into direct damage. The deck snowballs quickly but has thin stack protection.
