Deck overview

This deck uses Atla Palani, Nest Tender to cheat massive, game-ending creatures directly from the library onto the battlefield. Early turns focus on deploying 1-2 CMC ramp and sacrifice outlets such as Ashnod's Altar, Goblin Bombardment, and Skullclamp. Once Atla Palani resolves on Turn 3, she creates 0/1 Egg tokens that are sacrificed immediately to trigger her ability. The creature suite is packed with heavyweight threats like Apex Altisaur, Gishath, Sun's Avatar, Ghalta and Mavren, and Woodfall Primus, which rapidly overrun opponents in combat while clearing opposing boards. Disruptive stax creatures such as Drannith Magistrate, Archon of Emeria, and Collector Ouphe slow opponents down, while Grand Abolisher, Silence, and Heroic Intervention protect the board from interaction. In addition to overwhelming combat lines, the deck can assemble an infinite creature-hatching loop using Thornbite Staff and Ashnod's Altar to win on the spot.
