Deck overview

This Orzhov life-gain midrange deck helmed by Amalia Benavides Aguirre pairs a dense Soul Sister shell with drain payoffs and a deep mass-reanimation package. Cheap ETB life-gain creatures (Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Hinterland Sanctifier, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and many more) fuel Amalia's explore trigger, self-mill the library, and grow her toward the exact-20 board wipe, while simultaneous drain engines (Cliffhaven Vampire, Marauding Blight-Priest, Starscape Cleric, South Wind Avatar) convert every point of life into table-wide burn. The graveyard is both fuel and win condition: small recursion (Patch Up, Scout for Survivors, Call of the Death-Dweller, Moseo, Vein's New Dean, Lurrus of the Dream-Den) restocks value pieces, then Living Death, Storm of Souls, Ascend from Avernus, Command the Dreadhorde, Rise of the Dark Realms, or Funeral Room // Awakening Hall slam the yard back for lethal ETB drains. Amalia is a strong accelerator and occasional finisher, but the sister-drain-reanimate core executes without her.
