Deck overview

This Azorius proliferate-control deck is built around Rasputin, the Oneiromancer as a flexible mana and Knight engine: his dream counters feed colorless mana and recursive 2/2 Knights with protection from red. The primary win is Luminarch Ascension, backed by Ominous Seas and planeswalkers, while repeated proliferation also grows poison counters from Prologue to Phyresis. Teferi, Master of Time and Ichormoon Gauntlet threaten extra turns. The original Rasputin Dreamweaver in the 99 acts as a second, more durable mana engine. The deck controls with counterspells and mass removal, then out-values with tokens and planeswalker ultimates.
