Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is a single-faced commander whose repeated "blight" trigger turns every Elf enter into a -1/-1 counter on an opponent's creature. The primary plan is classic elf-ball: accelerate, make Elves, turn the commander's counter trigger into a board-control engine, then finish with a wide attack or Lathril. Flourishing Defenses plus Blowfly Infestation is the hidden engine, and Lathril is effectively a commander in the 99, giving token production and a ten-elf life-drain line. The deck wins most often by generating a critical mass of Elves and pumping/draining in one or two combat turns.
