Deck overview

This is a mono-blue spellslinger/untap deck. Kitsa's looting and copy ability are the heart of the strategy, letting the deck churn through cantrips and cheap interaction until it assembles Dramatic Reversal plus two mana rocks. Once Talrand, Deekah, or Archmage Emeritus is on the battlefield, the reversal loop creates infinite spell casts, mana, drakes/fractals, and draws; Kitsa herself becomes an enormous hasty threat if Swiftfoot Boots are equipped. Secondary plans are a token swarm from Talrand/Deekah and commander damage from Runechanter's Pike/Robe. Talrand and Deekah are effectively alternate engines, so the deck can still function if Kitsa is kept off the battlefield.
