Deck overview

Tetsuo, Imperial Champion leads an aggressive Grixis Voltron and spellslinger deck that turns heavy Equipment into lethal combat damage and free spells. The strategy accelerates through cheap mana rocks on early turns, deploys Tetsuo on Turn 3, and equips him on Turn 4. When Tetsuo attacks, his ability triggers to cast powerful zero-mana suspend sorceries like Ancestral Vision, Wheel of Fate, and Living End without paying their costs, or burns targets directly based on the highest mana value among attached gear. High-stat Equipment such as Excalibur, Sword of Eden and Grafted Exoskeleton enables rapid one-shot eliminations via commander damage or infect by Turn 5. Supported by backup combat leaders like Godo, Bandit Warlord and protective pieces like Hammer of Nazahn and Conqueror's Flail, the deck applies relentless single-target pressure to close out games across consecutive combats.
