This Golgari deck leverages Old Stickfingers as a deterministic graveyard tutor by limiting the creatures in the 99 to exactly four high-impact threats: Phyrexian Triniform, The Capitoline Triad, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, and Scion of Draco. Casting the commander for low values of X guarantees filling the graveyard with these game-ending targets, which the deck reanimates on early turns using efficient spells like Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Necromancy. Alongside this tall reanimation plan, the deck runs a dense array of token generators including Bitterblossom, Black Market Connections, and Retrofitter Foundry, which build a wide board state, fuel Skullclamp draw loops, and enable devastating team-wide buffs like Beastmaster Ascension and The Capitoline Triad's 9/9 emblem.
