Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Midrange Stompy strategy helmed by Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes. The core game plan focuses on casting Minsc on Turn 4, creating Boo, and growing the Hamster into a massive trampling threat using Minsc's +1 ability alongside counter enhancers such as Branching Evolution, Innkeeper's Talent, and The Earth Crystal. Defensive walls like Overgrown Battlement, Shield Sphere, and Aether Membrane protect Minsc from opposing combat damage while generating incidental ramp. Once Boo reaches substantial power, Minsc's -2 ability acts as an efficient removal and card replenishment engine, flinging Boo for direct damage while drawing a full grip of cards. The deck protects its key plays using efficient redirection like Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend. It closes out games by chaining large combat attacks and lethal direct-damage flings across multiple turns.
