Deck overview

Codie is the deck's only colored-mana source and its free-cast engine. The single win condition is Approach of the Second Sun: activate Codie, cast Approach, then use the free Narset's Reversal that Codie exiles to bounce Approach to hand and recast it. This requires Approach in hand while Narset's Reversal remains in the library for Codie to find; drawing Reversal early breaks the line. The rest of the deck is 96 Wastes plus Serum Powder for mulliganing, with no tutors, no draw, and no alternate path, so almost every game is a race to draw Approach before Reversal and assemble six lands.
