Living Energy by DG9

Format: Commander

Commander: Saheeli, Radiant Creator

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Temur energy/artifact combo deck helmed by Saheeli, Radiant Creator, whose two abilities form the engine: every Artificer or artifact spell you cast generates an energy counter, and at the start of combat you can spend three energy to create a hasty 5/5 artifact copy of any permanent you control. The deck's plan is to supercharge energy production with Aether Refinery and Izzet Generatorium, then convert that resource into wins through Aetherflux Conduit (draw seven, cast spells free), Gonti's Aether Heart (extra turns), Lightning Runner (extra combats), or overwhelming combat from hasty copies of Aetherwind Basker and Urza, Lord High Artificer. A dense artifact-tutor suite (Fabricate, Whir of Invention, Transmute Artifact, Tezzeret the Seeker) and artifact engines like Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain and Sai, Master Thopterist give the deck strong consistency and multiple interlocking paths to victory.
