Deck overview

This deck is an Esper combo-control build designed to execute fast, protected wins while generating card advantage. While Queza, Augur of Agonies supplies steady life drain and card draw synergy, the primary strategy races to assemble compact combo wins via Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Doomsday. Dense low-cost tutors such as Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Spellseeker consistently deliver the required pieces by Turn 3. The deck supports this velocity with top-tier draw engines like Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and The One Ring. Robust interaction and protection spells, including Silence, Voice of Victory, Flusterstorm, and Fierce Guardianship, ensure the combo turn resolves cleanly through opposing interaction. If the primary plan is interrupted, backup lines through Laboratory Maniac or Lich's Mastery provide resilient routes to close the game.
