Deck overview

Garland, Royal Kidnapper is a Dimir monarch-theft deck. Its primary plan is to become the monarch early, then use Garland's trigger to confiscate whatever creatures opponents control, pump them with the stolen-creature anthem, and win through combat. The deck supports this with cheap exchange creatures, evasive attackers, and a strong instant-speed interaction suite. A secondary path transitions from incremental theft to mass value: Gyruda mills, The Cyber-Controller floods the board, and Rise of the Dark Realms turns every graveyard into a final army. Copy legends such as The Master, Formed Anew and Superior Spider-Man provide flexible hidden-commander-style finishes. There is no infinite combo; victory is built from accumulated stolen permanents and a late-game mass reanimation/combat push.
