Deck overview

This Jund aristocrats deck uses the partner pair of Ellie, Brick Master and Joel, Resolute Survivor to fuel an aggressive token sacrifice engine. Ellie incites combat and floods the board with Cordyceps Infected creature tokens whenever opponents are attacked, while Joel converts dying tokens into card advantage and growing commander damage. The deck wins by draining the table through aristocrat payoffs like Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, and Mirkwood Bats. Alternatively, it can assemble lethal sacrifice combos using Warren Soultrader or Phyrexian Altar alongside recurring creatures like Forsaken Miner and Gravecrawler to drain all opponents in a single turn.
