Fantastic Four by BurritoBoy

Format: Commander

Commander: The Fantastic Four

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a four-color "Hero" beatdown pile built to maximize The Fantastic Four's 4-MV/4-power trigger. Nearly every creature in the 99 is a Marvel Hero with mana value 4 or power/toughness 4, so the commander fires its four modes (0/4 Wall, 3 damage to each opponent, +1/+1 counters, draw a card) on nearly every cast. The primary path is combat: pile +1/+1 counters, then close out with redundant extra-combat effects (Aurelia, the Warleader, Seize the Day, the enrage trigger on Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk) and counter-doubling engines (Primal Vigor, The Thing). Secondary wins come from value bombs like Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, Warstorm Surge ETB burn, and free-cast engines (Cosmic Cube, Mind's Dilation). It is a midrange goodstuff deck that wins through overwhelming board presence rather than any single compact line.
