Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon Tribal Midrange strategy centered around Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. The primary game plan focuses on accelerating mana through early ramp spells and cost-reducers, deploying Miirym on Turn 4 or 5, and immediately following with high-impact Dragons that duplicate upon entry. By creating nonlegendary token copies of massive flying threats, the deck rapidly overwhelms opponents with direct damage triggers from Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas, combat amplification from Atarka, World Render and Thrakkus the Butcher, and asymmetric board control from Balefire Dragon. Card draw engines like Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising keep the hand refilled with threats. While the deck boasts immense combat and burn burst potential, it relies heavily on resolving high-mana permanents at sorcery speed. It remains vulnerable to board wipes and counterspells if protection spells like Shore Up or Swiftfoot Boots are not available.
