Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind turns every tap into a proliferate, and this deck exploits that with equipment and auras to make an infinite counter engine. The main win is to attach Paradise Mantle and an untap aura to Kilo, then tap and untap him repeatedly, stacking endless proliferations on Walking Ballista; All Will Be One and Darksteel Reactor serve as alternate payoffs. A secondary artifact-matters package with planeswalkers, extra turns from Magistrate's Scepter, and Tekuthal's doubling effect keep the deck resilient. Kilo's haste lets it attack for a free proliferate the turn it lands, while cost reducers and artifact lands smooth the fast assembly.
