Deck overview

This deck is a Boros midrange strategy commanded by Kirol, Attentive First-Year. It focuses on duplicating high-value triggered abilities from exile-matters engines, combat damage steps, and token generators. The early game establishes mana rocks and small utility creatures to prepare for Kirol on turn 3, followed by engines like Stolen Strategy, Tectonic Giant, or Passionate Archaeologist on turns 4 and 5. By turn 6, the deck pivots into an overwhelming board state by attacking with heavy hitters like Etali, Primal Storm or swarming the table with Assemble the Legion. Sunforger serves as a crucial toolbox to fetch instant-speed removal, protection via Faith's Reward, or mass bounce through Leave // Chance. Opponents face continuous resource theft and burn damage, leading to a finish around turn 8.
