Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color control and polymorph list helmed by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The core engine leverages cheap mana rocks and token producers such as Skrelv's Hive and Dreadhorde Invasion to feed Jace's −3 ability on Turn 4, immediately cheating massive haymakers like Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, and Serra's Emissary into play. Pillowfort enchantments like Ghostly Prison and Propaganda, along with Jace's native combat taxation, insulate your life total and planeswalker loyalty from aggressive decks. Efficient spot removal and hard counterspells protect your engine while you accrue overwhelming card advantage and board presence. The deck closes games either through aerial combat beats supported by Archfiend of Despair or by spinning into the infinite dragon combo of Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror.
