Deck overview

This is a Grixis discard-and-draw punishment deck helmed by Kefka, Court Mage / Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, built to turn looting, wheels, and symmetrical draw into asymmetric advantage. Kefka's ETB/attack trigger forces each player to discard, fueling engines like Waste Not, Liliana's Caress, and Monument to Endurance while his card-type-based draw refills your hand. The deck pressures life totals with Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and Orcish Bowmasters, then pivots into compact combo finishes: Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze, Niv-Mizzet, Parun curling into a draw engine, Notion Thief + Windfall, and Mindcrank + Bloodchief Ascension. The front face is a value engine; the back face, Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, turns late-game card advantage into a one-sided sacrifice loop that closes games once opponents are hellbent.
