Deck overview

Braids, Arisen Nightmare leads a mono-black sacrifice-and-drain deck. The primary plan is to grind out card advantage by sacrificing expendable artifacts, creatures, enchantments, and even lands at end step, forcing opponents to lose life or trade permanents. Secondary paths are token beatdown from Grave Titan and Dreadfeast Demon, recursion via reanimators and Gisa, and a life-loss combo using Alpharael, Unstoppable Slasher, Grievous Wound, and Warlock Class. The deck has no hidden commander; Braids is the engine, though the deck can rebuild around its recursion pieces if she is removed. It wins by bleeding all opponents through repeated drains, then closing with evasive/attacking demons or a single-turn halving loop.
