Deck overview

This deck combines classic Elfball acceleration with a lethal Sultai graveyard combo engine commanded by Thranduil, the Elvenking. By leveraging dense early ramp from 1-drop and 2-drop mana dorks, the deck rapidly deploys graveyard tutors like Buried Alive, Entomb, or Gifts Ungiven to deposit Devoted Druid, Bloom Tender, and Ezuri, Renegade Leader into the graveyard. When Thranduil enters the battlefield, he inherits all activated abilities of those Elves, enabling an instant-speed infinite mana and infinite power loop that overruns the table on Turn 5. If Thranduil is suppressed, the deck seamlessly transitions into a conventional wide Elf beatdown strategy using Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Tyvar, the Pummeler, and Finale of Devastation. Robust protection spells and efficient spot interaction ensure the combo can be assembled and defended reliably against opposing interaction.
