Smaug spell ping by Nut

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos treasure-matters deck built around Smaug, Wicked Worm. The primary plan is to create Treasure tokens, then spend them on spells to draw cards off Smaug's trigger while pinging with spell-slinger payoffs. The main kill is a compact infinite damage loop: Mayhem Devil plus Smaug the Impenetrable. Any Treasure sacrifice makes Mayhem Devil damage Smaug, which creates a replacement Treasure, repeating for lethal. Backup wins are Hellkite Tyrant's twenty-artifact trigger and Revel in Riches' ten-Treasure trigger. Reanimation via Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Feldon adds resilience. Smaug the Impenetrable is the hidden linchpin of the deck, central to both the combo and a strong aerial clock. The deck goldfishes around turn six.
