Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-proliferate combo deck. The primary plan is to tap Kilo as often as possible, using Paradise Mantle plus Freed from the Real to generate unlimited proliferate triggers, then convert those counters into a win through Walking Ballista, All Will Be One, or Darksteel Reactor. A secondary route uses Magistrate's Scepter and Ichormoon Gauntlet to chain extra turns while planeswalkers gain loyalty. The commander's haste makes it an immediate attacker and, with Paradise Mantle, an untapping mana loop. No hidden commander or second face is present; the 99 supports Kilo's tap/proliferate engine rather than a separate strategy.
