Ashaya Saw the Future by 07Deya

Format: Commander

Commander: Ashaya's Enduring Bond

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ashaya's Enduring Bond is a versatile discover engine: a normal cast finds a cheap spell from the top of the library, while a free cast via Finale of Promise, Goblin Dark-Dwellers, or Mizzix's Mastery lets it Discover 0 and pull Glimpse of Tomorrow out of the library. Glimpse is the true centerpiece: it shuffles every permanent you control into the library, then redeploys a fresh board, turning landfall permanents like Avenger of Zendikar, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum into massive token armies and repeated combat phases. The backup plan is conventional Gruul stompy: play high-power creatures and finish with Craterhoof Behemoth or End-Raze Forerunners. Ashaya rarely remains as a permanent, so it exists to find and re-find the sorcery overrun.
