Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Simic Ramp and Stompy strategy commanded by Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy. Rather than pursuing cEDH-style infinite combos with Basalt Monolith, the deck optimizes fair big-mana acceleration through a dense suite of 1- and 2-CMC mana dorks and rocks. Kinnan doubles the output of every nonland mana source, allowing the deck to generate 7 or more mana by Turn 3. This mana surplus is channeled directly into Kinnan's activated ability or hardcast Leviathans, Serpents, and Krakens, such as Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Stormtide Leviathan, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, and Nezahal, Primal Tide. Winning lines culminate in overwhelming combat overruns backed by Craterhoof Behemoth or Koma token swarms. The deck is shielded by efficient, low-mana counterspells like Mental Misstep, Daze, and An Offer You Can't Refuse, alongside mass bounce resets from Kederekt Leviathan and Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep.
