Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control strategy that leverages Arcanis the Omnipotent in the command zone for card advantage alongside a planeswalker loyalty win condition with Jace, Reality Sculptor. The early game prioritizes disruption and resource denial, utilizing Harbinger of the Seas to neutralize nonbasic mana bases and Narset, Parter of Veils to suppress opposing card draw. A dense suite of low-cost counterspells and instant-speed bounce keeps opponents off balance while developing basic Islands. Once established, Arcanis provides three extra cards per turn, digging into the empower package (Way of the Cryomancer, Mindseeker Oculus, Protege's Awakening). These spells rapidly inflate loyalty across Jace planeswalkers until Jace, Reality Sculptor can activate its 0 ability to exile opposing libraries, forcing opponents to deck out in a single turn cycle.
