Deck overview

Ovika, Enigma Goliath turns every noncreature spell into a hasty goblin army, making this an Izzet spellslinger-token deck. The primary plan is to ramp to six mana, resolve Ovika, then chain instants, sorceries, enchantments, and artifacts while other token generators such as Talrand, Sky Summoner, Third Path Iconoclast, and Storm-Kiln Artist multiply the board. Shared Animosity or Balmor, Battlemage Captain converts that board into a one-turn lethal attack, with Guttersnipe, Impact Tremors, and Goblin Bombardment as backup burn. There is no deterministic infinite combo, so the deck wins through combat and incremental damage; graveyard recursion and treasure mana keep the chain alive after interaction, and backup token engines make Ovika important rather than indispensable.
