Deck overview

This Mardu deck is a combat-focused token aggro and aristocrats strategy commanded by Caesar, Legion's Emperor. The primary plan develops low-cost token generators in the early turns, deploys Caesar on Turn 4, and leverages his attack trigger to generate tapped and attacking Soldier tokens, draw cards, and deal direct burn. By Turn 5, damage amplifiers like Isshin, Two Heavens as One, Neyali, Suns' Vanguard, and Impact Tremors turn the wide board into a lethal clock, closing games around Turn 7. The deck defends its board using instant-speed indestructible effects like Boros Charm and Grand Crescendo while silencing opponent interaction during combat via Voice of Victory and Yuriko, Blade of the Mighty. Although the deck lacks specific tutors, its high redundancy in token makers and aristocrat drainers ensures consistent pressure even if Caesar is removed.
