Deck overview

This is a high-variance Izzet coin-flip/draw-spells build. Yusri, Fortune's Flame attacks to flip coins, drawing cards for each win and threatening a completely free turn if all five flips are won. The 99 leans hard into that plan with every coin-flip amplifier and payoff - Krark's Thumb, Edgar, King of Figaro, Tavern Scoundrel, Chance Encounter - plus a dense instant/sorcery suite that can chain through Omniscience, Thousand-Year Storm, and Archmage Emeritus. Wins come from a giant copy-storm turn where Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Psychosis Crawler, and repeated draws burn the table out, from decking into Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle, or from the alternate hand-size wins Triskaidekaphile and Twenty-Toed Toad. The deck is not a fast deterministic combo deck; it generates absurd advantage over several Yusri attacks and then converts that advantage into a kill.
