Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered competitive tempo and burn strategy led by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary plan leverages low-cost, unblockable 0- and 1-drop creatures to activate Commander ninjutsu on Turn 2, placing Yuriko directly into combat. Once assembled, the deck uses powerful topdeck manipulation such as Brainstorm, Lim-Dûl's Vault, and Scroll Rack to reveal massive mana-value spells like Shadow of Mortality and Temporal Trespass, dealing devastating symmetrical life loss to all three opponents simultaneously. Backed by a dense package of free interaction (Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick, Snuff Out, Mindbreak Trap) and asymmetric stax pieces (Cursed Totem, Grafdigger's Cage), the deck controls fast combo decks while continually generating card advantage and closing games rapidly by Turn 5.
