Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a high-tempo Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, built around the commander's ability to convert her power into mana and grow with every noncreature spell. The core loop is casting cheap instants and sorceries to pump Vivi, then using her {0} ability to chain additional spells, fueling payoffs like Archmage Emeritus, Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, and Thunderdrum Soloist. The deck wins through massive spell chains, either by burning the table with Crackle with Power, storming off with Prismari, the Inspiration or Ral, Crackling Wit's emblem, or taking extra turns with Time Warp. A secondary graveyard combo line via Underworld Breach and Mizzix's Mastery provides a resilient alternate path. The deck is fast, interactive, and rewards careful sequencing.
