Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and storm burn strategy commanded by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. Kuja generates 0/1 Wizard tokens that deal damage whenever noncreature spells are cast, transforming into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied to double all Wizard damage once four Wizards are present. The deck accelerates in early turns using cheap mana rocks and rituals, quickly establishing pingers like Coruscation Mage, Guttersnipe, and Erebor Flamesmith. Kuja's tokens also serve as fodder for card draw spells like Deadly Dispute and Plumb the Forbidden. On turns 4 to 5, the deck transitions into an explosive storm turn powered by Storm-Kiln Artist, Bolas's Citadel, Jeska's Will, or Festival of Embers. Chaining cheap instants and sorceries alongside damage multipliers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Tor Wauki the Younger rapidly drains all three opponents to zero life in a single coordinated turn.
