Deck overview

This Bant deck is a high-power combo engine led by Aang, at the Crossroads. The list runs an exceptionally high density of creatures with mana value 4 or less, focusing on over thirty interchangeable clone and blink effects. Fast mana and efficient dorks accelerate Aang into play by Turn 3. Upon entry, Aang's ability looks at the top five cards of the library and cheats a creature into play. Hitting any clone copies Aang, chaining subsequent triggers to cascade through the deck and put key doublers like Katara, the Fearless and Starfield Vocalist onto the battlefield. The engine culminates in an infinite blink loop between Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel (or clones), generating infinite mana by blinking lands and allowing Preston, the Vanisher to exile all opposing nonland permanents. Robust protection from Grand Abolisher, Silence, and free counterspells ensures a decisive and resilient finish.
