This deck is an Abzan toughness-matters combat deck commanded by Felothar the Steadfast. It leverages cheap, high-toughness creatures and defenders to build an imposing early defensive wall that accelerates mana through specialized dorks like Overgrown Battlement and Axebane Guardian. Once Felothar is cast, these low-cost defenders transform into massive combat threats by assigning damage equal to their toughness and attacking freely. Felothar also provides a powerful draw engine that sacrifices high-toughness, zero-power creatures to draw large hands of fresh cards.
