Deck overview

This deck is a Boros go-wide aggressive strategy commanded by Otharri, Suns' Glory. The game plan focuses on accelerating into Otharri on Turn 4, leveraging haste to immediately accumulate experience counters and generate 2/2 Rebel tokens. The deck stacks powerful token doublers like Mondrak, Glory Dominus and Anointed Procession alongside enters-the-battlefield damage sources like Impact Tremors and Warleader's Call to pressure life totals both through combat and non-combat burn. Strong stax elements like Drannith Magistrate and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines slow down opponents while high-tier protection spells like Teferi's Protection and Flawless Maneuver shield your wide board from sweepers. Because experience counters stay with the player, the deck retains high resilience against removal, easily rebuilding an army whenever Otharri attacks.
