Kambal, The Robber-Baron by RedemptionN8

Format: Commander

Commander: Kambal, Profiteering Mayor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Orzhov token-and-enchantment value deck helmed by Kambal, Profiteering Mayor, built around generating a wide board of tokens and converting every token entry into life loss for opponents. The primary engine is Kambal's second ability - every token you control entering drains each opponent for 1 - amplified by token doublers like Exalted Sunborn and the Aura-drain of Eriette of the Charmed Apple. The deck leans heavily into an Aura/goad subtheme (Killian, Decisive Mentor, Scriv, the Obligator, the Impetus cycle) that both controls combat and feeds enchantress-style draw. Wins come from incremental drain plus flying-token combat, with Approach of the Second Sun as a slow alternate condition. Despite the "aristocrats" framing, there is no real sacrifice engine - this is a go-wide lifegain-drain deck rather than a true sac-and-recur aristocrats list.
